Responsibilities
Manage a team of incident response resources to detect, investigate, and resolve security incidents and potential security incidents to agency systems. Determine the impact of a potential incident on client operations. Develop recommendations to mitigate the impacts of confirmed incidents and to reduce the likelihood of similar incidents. Coordinate with client groups to ensure the configuration of cybersecurity tools to enable enterprise-wide coverage of system components and for the resolution of incidents. Discover systemic or real-world risks. Coordinate with cybersecurity teams. Provide technical support. Develop playbooks. Provide cybersecurity posture improvement project support. Qualifications
Experience managing an incident management support team. Experience with Federal government clients. Cyber certification, preferred CISSP.
