Position Overview Join us in our fast-paced support to develop, advance, and sustain weapon systems for the U.S. Space Force (USSF) and its mission partners. You will be joining a team of personnel with experience and an in-depth understanding of the environments that include ground, near-space, space, and any system that operates in those environments to meet current and projected strategic, operational, and tactical needs for the Department of Defense (DoD). QinetiQ is a mission-led innovation company that works with the USSF and DoD to design, develop, field, and maintain requirements essential to national security and the survivability of the warfighter. We are seeking a Senior Intelligence Analyst. The Senior Intelligence Analyst is responsible for providing expert insight, knowledge, and perspectives on space systems in highly contested environments. This will include resiliency analysis and contingency planning. The ideal candidate will have vast knowledge of current space threats as well as varied experience in the intelligence community (IC). Responsibilities Develop draft intelligence requirements and staffing packages. Provide advisement on intelligence reports. Translate program requirements into intelligence needs and requirements as well as recommend courses of action to support mission-related activities. Assist with identifying and translating vulnerabilities and deficiencies identified through intelligence products into technical requirements. Maintain awareness of the status of applicable program(s) as well as current needs, which will include coordinating with the IC to acquire necessary documents and products. Provide assistance with evaluating tradeoffs between cost, schedule, and performance by utilizing acquisition and IC standards. Required Qualifications Experience in space systems resiliency analysis. Experience in contingency planning. Varied experience in the IC required. Knowledgeable in classified space systems and highly contested environments. Vast knowledge of current space threats. Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to identify and solve problems. Bachelors Degree. 10+ years of relevant experience. TS/SCI Eligibility and ability to obtain/maintain CI Polygraph. Preferred Qualifications Masters Degree. Experience working with Air Force, Space Force, and/or Space Systems Command.
