Please note that this position is not remote or Hybrid. It is onsite daily in Lake Mary Florida. Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent across various departments to help drive the company's growth and innovation. This position requires a proactive, organized professional with a deep understanding of full-cycle recruiting and a passion for building teams. What You'll Do Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the offer process. Sourcing: Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, job boards, and networking. Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, particularly in technical and engineering roles. Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand role requirements, craft job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies. Employer Branding: Assist in strengthening Laser Photonics’ employer brand through social media engagement, industry events, and outreach initiatives. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Data Management: Use applicant tracking systems to track metrics and report on recruiting activities and outcomes. What You'll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within manufacturing, capital equipment, or technology sectors Strong proficiency in recruiting tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems Knowledge of best practices in recruiting and hiring compliance Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Preferred Experience Proven success recruiting for manufacturing or capital equipment industries Familiarity with technical and engineering roles related to industrial machinery or laser systems What You'll Get From Us: Laser Photonics offers a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment where employees are empowered to innovate and make a meaningful impact.
