Who are we? Flagship Carwash, the regional leader in auto washing and detailing for over 35 years with 28 locations featuring industry-leading technology and service to deliver the cleanest, shiniest, and driest car in the industry. The brand has grown from 11 locations in September of 2021, with plans in place to more than double in size in the next three years. Key job responsibilities: Consistent communication with site-level leadership and Department Operation Managers Utilize the ATS and other resources to post job openings online Pre-screen applicants, via phone, to determine candidate viability Schedule on-site interviews with hiring managers. Follow up and solicit feedback from hiring managers Develop innovative and new recruitment strategies to attract talent Represent the company at various recruiting events throughout the year Act as the liaison between Flagship and candidates applying for our positions An ideal candidate will possess: 1-2 years of recent direct recruiting/TA Bilingual in Spanish A passion for recruiting and the overall hiring process Strong sourcing and candidate management abilities Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Effective written communication skills Self-driven with the ability to stay on task and remain focused with minimal guidance Strong time management and organizational skills Flagship Carwash is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer.
