As a Remote Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to presenting them to clients and facilitating offers. Your success is driven by your ability to identify exceptional talent, build strong client relationships, and close placements.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively source, screen, and qualify top candidates for open roles across various industries, focusing on startups and high-growth companies.
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
- Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and presenting them with the best possible candidates.
- Utilize job boards, social media platforms, networking, and other creative methods to attract top talent.
- Negotiate offers and close deals to ensure successful candidate placements.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and industry insights to better serve clients and candidates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share resources, knowledge, and candidate leads.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the staffing or executive search industry.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and direct outreach.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients alike.
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to thrive in a commission-based environment.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a remote setting.
- Strong negotiation skills and a knack for closing deals.
- Prior experience working with startups or fast-paced industries is a plus.
