Responsibilities:
E-commerce's Governance and Experience team at TikTok is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy not only for our users, but also for sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality. As a product manager on our E-Commerce team, you will work with various relevant internal teams to build safety product features and strategies. You will be working on governance and ecosystem features, technical strategies to improve TikTok shopping, as well as methods to detect and address risky behaviors and actors in TikTok's E-commerce ecosystem. Responsibilities:
Lead the external articulation of e-commerce content and creator governance strategies, striking a balance between business growth and risk mitigation. Ensure the long-term health and sustainable growth of the business. Design creator credit and incentive functions through educational interfaces, constructing capabilities for rewards, penalties, appeals, etc. Enhance the ecosystem's vitality and health. Develop a robust monitoring system for influencer creation and active behaviors. Stay alert to various business signals, employing data-driven quantitative analysis and qualitative observations to identify issues impacting business growth and consumer experiences. Craft product and strategic plans to enhance content experiences for businesses and consumers on the platform. Address merchant, influencer, and user feedback, refining and implementing rules. Lead design and implementation of abstract product business modules. Foster seamless internal communication, collaborating with business, strategy, and R&D teams. Facilitate teamwork and collaboration across different product verticals. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher. Prefer candidates experienced in constructing B-end workbenches and strategizing account security products, particularly those adept at consolidating complex Product Requirement Documents with multiple cross-functional product domains and leading cross-functional engineering teams. High data sensitivity, swiftly identifying risks, diagnosing root causes, proposing solutions and validating outcomes. Proven experience in international products, community/social products, UGC platforms, supply-demand platforms, and overseas study/work. Proficiency in Mandarin as a working language is advantageous. Passionate about content and e-commerce businesses, being an avid user of these products.
