Quality Engineer Lead , you’ll shape our testing strategy and ensure high-quality software delivery through hands-on test development and team leadership. This role combines technical proficiency with strategic oversight, allowing you to design automated testing frameworks, mentor the quality team, and drive continuous improvement across the testing lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with developers, product managers, and solution engineers to align testing with development goals.Test Automation Leadership:

Develop and maintain automated test scripts covering functional, API, performance, regression, and UI testing.Collaborative Deployment:

Work with the team to deploy and run automated tests in test environments using CI/CD pipelines.Defect Analysis:

Identify patterns in bug defects and recommend actionable improvements.Agile Sprint Leadership:

Guide the team in Agile sprints, prioritizing tasks and dependencies to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.Feedback and Reporting:

Provide timely test results and feedback to the development team and relevant stakeholders.Scalable Testing Solutions:

Design and maintain a scalable, comprehensive testing framework that leverages both automated techniques and a manual testing playbook.Defect Resolution:

Investigate test failures and debug issues, working closely with engineers to resolve them.Metrics and Documentation:

Report testing metrics to project stakeholders and document knowledge guides and manual test plans.Skills and QualificationsSecurity Clearance:

Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance.Test Automation Expertise:

4+ years of hands-on experience with API and UI test automation frameworks.QA Methodology:

Deep understanding of QA methodologies and their application in Agile sprints to achieve high-quality results.Complex Test Planning:

Ability to develop and execute comprehensive automated and performance test plans.Leadership:

Skilled in guiding the team’s overall quality and testing strategy across solutions.Communication:
