Protect-US is a leading security guard company that provides professional and reliable security services to various clients across the country. We are looking for a recruiter to join our team and help us find and hire qualified security guards for our projects.
This position will be Monday - Thursday in our office in Costa Mesa, with the option to work remotely Friday as needed.

Key Responsibilities
As a recruiter, you will be responsible for:
- Sourcing and screening candidates using various methods such as online platforms, referrals, job fairs, etc
- Conducting and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability for the role
- Coordinating with hiring managers and clients to understand their needs and expectations
- Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintaining accurate records of candidates and hiring activities
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience as a recruiter, preferably in the security guard industry
- Knowledge of security guard job requirements and industry standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- A high level of professionalism and integrity
