Contract Recruiter Job Description

The Contract Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for contract positions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting, customer service, and have a strong understanding of the contract staffing industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking
  • Screening candidates for job fit and qualifications
  • Interviewing candidates and presenting them to clients
  • Negotiating contracts with candidates and clients
  • Managing the onboarding process for new hires
  • Providing ongoing support to clients and candidates

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 3-10 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the contract staffing industry
  • Strong understanding of the contract staffing industry and the different types of contracts available
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
