Job Summary:
The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified caregivers and support staff. This role involves collaborating with management to understand hiring needs, utilizing various recruitment strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:

    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
    • Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and community resources.
    • Utilize networking, referrals, and recruitment events to identify potential candidates.
  • Candidate Screening:

    • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
    • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
    • Perform background checks and reference checks as necessary.
  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
    • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline.
  • Candidate Experience:

    • Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    • Communicate with candidates regarding their application status and interview feedback.
  • Reporting and Analysis:

    • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
    • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize hiring processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the healthcare or homecare industry.
  • Strong understanding of caregiver roles and homecare services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
