Job Overview:

We are seeking skilled recruitment specialists who possess a creative edge in sourcing and are swift in their recruitment approach to fill a vast spectrum of roles. From BIM/VDC Specialists in construction to Senior Software Engineers in the tech industry, our candidates need to be the best in their field and we expect our recruiters to be experts at finding these individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Recruitment Cycle Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
• Multi-Industry Recruitment: Source candidates for various industries, including healthcare, engineering, IT, finance, and more.
• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS): Utilize ATS and other recruitment platforms such as Indeed, Loxo CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and LinkedIn Recruiter Lite.
• Social Media Marketing: Execute social media marketing strategies to promote open positions and attract top talent.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing ongoing communication and support throughout the recruitment process.
• Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends in recruitment and various industry sectors to ensure competitive sourcing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in full-desk recruitment, with a proven track record in multi-industry recruitment.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in managing ATS, Loxo CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, and other recruitment tools.
• Social Media Skills: Experience in social media marketing for recruitment purposes, utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and others.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $5.00 - $18.00, based on a hierarchical structure:
• Entry-Level Recruiters: Start at $5 per hour with opportunities for advancement.
• Mid-Level Recruiters: Earn $10 - $14 per hour as they gain experience and demonstrate effectiveness.
• Advanced Recruiters: Earn $15 - $18 per hour, based on significant experience and proven track records.
• Placement Performance Bonuses: Eligible for up to 10% on successful placements from day one.
