Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Manage and create job requisitions
• Manage and guide development of employment resources
• Continuously pipeline good candidates

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years full-cycle recruiting experience
• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment
• Experience recruiting Healthcare Professionals and Customer Service positions
