Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Tech Recruiter to join our dynamic team in our modern Orange County offices, conveniently located near the Irvine Spectrum. You will play a key role in building our talented engineering team by identifying and attracting the best software developers and tech professionals. This is a high-impact, in-person role where you’ll collaborate closely with leadership to grow our team and drive our mission forward. Responsibilities: Source, screen, and recruit top-tier technical talent for roles in software development, mobile development and related technical fields. Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates. Build a strong pipeline of potential hires through LinkedIn, Github, Twitter, etc. Conduct interviews, manage candidate communication, and guide applicants through the hiring process to ensure a seamless experience. Qualifications: Proven experience as a tech recruiter (2 years preferred), with a track record of hiring software engineers and tech talent. Deep understanding of technical roles, tools, and platforms (e.g., familiarity with programming languages, frameworks, and modern tech stacks).
