The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting, with the ability to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. As a Contract Recruiter, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to identify top talent, ensure timely hiring, and help maintain a seamless recruiting process. If you are interested in learning more, please apply today. Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for various positions across multiple departments. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job postings, and establish effective recruitment strategies. Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, internal databases, etc.). Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and provide timely updates to candidates and hiring teams. Negotiate offers and assist in the offer letter process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and status in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Provide a positive candidate experience, ensuring clear communication throughout the hiring process. Assist in the development and improvement of recruitment strategies, tools, and resources. Adhere to recruitment metrics and performance targets, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements: Previous experience as a recruiter (2-4 years preferred). Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and hiring processes. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Experience working in diverse industries is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience recruiting in technical or IT roles is a plus. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field.
