Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conducts full life-cycle recruiting for EPC, O&M, accounting, finance, management, and senior level positions.
  • Coaches hiring managers on recruiting processes and procedures.
  • Develops inclusive recruiting and sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
  • Recruits for annual internship program.
  • Manage labor requisitions in ICIMS ATS system.
  • Turn in weekly requisition report to Talent Acquisition Manager on a weekly basis.
  • Post jobs on job boards and company website.
  • Review candidate profiles on a daily basis, conduct telephone interviews, setup in person interviews for department managers.
  • Assist with hiring events and initiative.
  • Conduct employment reference checks.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Education:

  • A minimum of 5 years in corporate recruiting environment.
  • Prior construction or EPC recruiting experience preferred.
  • Experience in multi-site companies necessary; experience with large population of hourly workers a plus.
  • ATS Management experience required.
  • UKG experience a plus.

Experience & Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills, oral and written.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner as well as gather and analyze informational skillfully.
  • Effective communicate with people in stressful situations.
  • Must maintain confidentiality and work effectively with others including management, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the Company.
  • Must be able to prioritize, plan work activities and work consistently and dependably.
  • Must be able to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and manage frequent changes, delays or unexpected events.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% in the U.S.
  • Works in an office environment.
  • Frequently speaks, reads, writes and uses a computer keyboard.
  • May require occasional standing, walking, lifting, stooping or bending.
