Your Role: As a Recruiter, you'll be instrumental in our mission, working with a spectrum of Engineering, Manufacturing, and Distribution clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting full life-cycle recruiting for contract and permanent positions.
- Identifying potential candidates through various sourcing channels, including internet sourcing and internal systems.
- Conducting preliminary interviews to qualify candidates.
- Collaborating effectively with our team of Recruiters and Sales Representatives to drive success.
Who We're Looking For:
- Individuals with a Bachelor’s Degree and 2-4 years of professional experience in related fields.
- Excellent communicators with strong phone skills.
- Organized professionals with effective time management abilities.

- $45-50K base salary, depending on experience, plus a competitive commission structure.
