Position Overview:

As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top-tier technical talent, particularly within the finance sector. You’ll work closely with clients and candidates, ensuring that the hiring process runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to recruiting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical roles, particularly within finance.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for current and future client needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and technical requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and culture fit.
  • Provide guidance and insights to candidates about the job market and recruitment process.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the finance industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling technical positions.
  • Strong understanding of finance-related technical roles and requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for high-level finance positions such as quant analysts, developers, or risk management roles.
  • Familiarity with the challenges of hiring within the financial services industry.
