Job Description:

- Serve as a resource and mentor for the Talent Acquisition team, providing expertise and sharing best practices for recruitment standards and quality outcomes.
- Manage training programs for new team members and provide ongoing training sessions to ensure adherence to current processes.
- Collaborate with management to identify process improvement opportunities and execute talent acquisition projects.
- Identify candidates for vacant positions through job postings, employee referrals, and by conducting interviews.
- Manage a high volume of requisitions in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a career-advisory role with candidates.
- Handle Leadership and high-priority positions, utilizing social media and other platforms to source passive candidates.
- Attend career fairs, networking events, and community outreach opportunities regularly.
- Establish and foster relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and referral sources.
- Conduct strategy meetings with hiring managers to align expectations and processes, providing regular updates.
- Advise hiring managers during selection decision-making meetings and cultivate long-term relationships beyond current openings.
- Stay informed about current trends and developments in recruiting and healthcare by engaging in professional development activities.
- Post jobs internally and externally, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques for qualified candidates.
- Maintain applicant data and serve as a liaison with staffing agencies when necessary.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage numerous requisitions effectively.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and relationship-building capabilities.
