We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with hiring managers to understand and fulfill the talent needs of our organization. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and connecting with top technical talent, while enhancing our recruitment strategy and supporting the full hiring cycle.


Key Responsibilities:


• Work with hiring managers to understand position requirements, develop job descriptions, and set recruitment strategies.

• Assist in the creation and revision of job descriptions and specifications for various technical roles.

• Identify and implement the most effective recruitment methods to attract qualified candidates. including utilizing new sourcing strategies and improving the talent pool through branding channels.

• Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications through various communication methods.

• Connect qualified candidates with the appropriate hiring managers and facilitate the interview process.

• Work with HR and IT teams to initiate and complete the on boarding process for new hires.

• Build and maintain a strong presence in technical and industry communities to foster relationships and create a talent pipeline.

• Draft and post recruitment advertisements across digital and print media to ensure maximum reach.

• Represent the company at job fairs and industry conferences, managing company booths and promoting job openings.

• Provide insights and recommendations on improving recruitment processes, strategies, and work results to management.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging talent acquisition techniques.


Basic Qualifications:


• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field (Master's Degree preferred).

• 1+ years of experience in human resources or recruitment, preferably within the technical industry.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas in a professional and effective manner.

• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment to meet recruitment goals.
