PURPOSE:

The Recruiter ensures Arion Care sources and hires the best possible candidates by developing and implementing innovative recruiting strategies. The Recruiter collaborates with management teams and the hiring team to optimize candidate placement.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred (4 years of experience may substitute for education)
  • Experience and education in the field of Human Resources, recruitment, communication, employee onboarding or a related field
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to speak, write, and read Spanish fluently
  • Satisfactory background check
  • Ability to acquire and maintain a DPS fingerprint clearance card

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Develop recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels by focusing on promoting the company to attract talent and suggesting improvements for enhanced applicant experience and engagement.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with various entities as a source to generate qualified applicants.
  • Participate in interviews and assess qualified candidates.
  • Manage software applications
  • Create and maintain job postings on various sites.
  • Build Arion Care brand on job posting sites.
  • Create a positive environment for incoming applicants and employees.
  • Collaborate with managers and other colleagues to address recruitment and staffing needs.
  • Supervise digital and virtual recruitment campaigns.
  • Provide content for social media to the Marketing and Outreach Specialist, monthly.
  • Supervise maintenance of data and tracking systems for Arion Care recruits.
  • Supervise coordination of marketing events.
  • Supervise tracking and analysis of data for recruitment.
  • Track, analyze, prepare, and present hiring statistics to Human Resources Director.
  • Coordinate and attend virtual and in-person recruiting and community events.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • This job operates as a remote tele-work position, as Arion Care Solutions does not provide separate workplace at a corporate location. Working from home requires a high degree of discipline and the ability to have a space dedicated to work in the home and provision for childcare if appropriate.
