Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Recruiter who will report to the Director of Organizational Development and will be responsible for handling full-cycle recruitment efforts. This role will focus heavily on sourcing technical positions while managing 10 to 15 open requisitions and collaborating with multiple hiring managers. You will identify ways to build applicant pools, establish trust and partnerships with new hires, and ensure a positive onboarding experience. This individual will be a key representative of CreditServe, Inc.
Role Responsibilities
- Post open positions on job posting platforms as requested and keep track of applicant statuses.
- Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume & phone screens, candidate interviews, recommend a final selection of applicants and close qualified candidates.
- Meet with hiring managers on qualified applicants from phone screenings and provide summaries of each applicant for further review.
- Coordinate onsite and online interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Represent the company at recruiting events (i.e., college job fairs), providing company/job information and interviewing applicants.
- Maintain applicant tracking system, recruiting reports, and other staffing administration functions as needed.
- Continuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build a database/pipeline of candidates and the CreditServe brand.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Candidate Experience: Foster a positive application experience aligned with the Company’s values and culture. Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they get onboarded. Prepare attractive hiring packages and communicate with selected applicants to offer employment.
- Growth Management: Work with the Director of Organizational Development to set hiring goals (e.g. quarterly and annual). Track recruitment KPIs, like time to hire, source of hire, and time to fill. Investigate and utilize skill assessment tools and tests to screen candidates.
- Coaching: Work closely with hiring managers in various departments to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process. Ensure hiring managers are fully supported to hire the best individuals for their team. Coach hiring managers on best practices, assist with recruitment, and utilizing ATS for best results.
Required Skills & Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruitment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and interviewing skills
- Frequent and thorough communication
- Analytical and technical skills
- Proven ability to communicate and effectively “sell” an organization’s value proposition.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- 5+ years proven experience as an In-house Recruiter or similar role at the corporate level.
- Familiarity with various interview techniques (like video or panel interviews)
- Proficiency in ATS systems and analytics tools.
- Experience with engaging and working with hiring managers at all levels
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
- Located in Austin, TX, or Pflugerville area.
Pay: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
