Position Summary The Physician Recruiter will provide recruitment processes of physicians and advanced practice providers for all ECU Health entities and for East Carolina University Brody School of Medicine.As a Physician Recruiter, you will: Communicating efficiently with employers and employees ensuring the needs of both are met in a timely and effective manner Development of candidate pipeline through working relationships with schools, residency programs & medical societies/associations on identification of physicians seeking employment Pre-screening candidates, coordinating on-site interviews, face-to-face interviewing and collection of feedback from interview panel Establishing a rapport with candidates Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree or higherAt least two years of experience in healthcare related recruitment or salesRecruiter will be expected to reside in one of ECU Health's regional locationsOther Information 40 hours a week Monday - Friday (8 am - 5 pm) with some afterhours and recruitment eventsHybrid (#LI-Hybrid) - Required to work in office at least 1-2 days per weekRequired to travel for on-site interviews at ECU Health Hospitals and clinics located across Eastern NCGreat Benefits and moreGeneral Statement It is the goal of ECU Health and its entities to employ the most qualified individual who best matches the requirements for the vacant position.Offers of employment are subject to successful completion of all pre-employment screenings, which may include an occupational health screening, criminal record check, education, reference, and licensure verification.We value diversity and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
