Title: Provider Recruiter

Summary of Position:

The provider recruiter is responsible for full lifecycle recruitment, sourcing, and hiring of physicians and advance care providers. This individual will develop and coordinate consultative relationships with the CMO, Executive Leadership team, academic and professional networks.


Education: Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience Required: A minimum of 2+ years of experience in provider recruitment.

Skills Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of internet recruitment and sourcing tools. Good organizational skills. A willingness to travel is required.

Key Responsibilities (10 Core Responsibilities)

  1. Develop a strategic provider recruitment plan annually.
  2. Screen candidates and manage communication process with provider candidates.
  3. Research and participate in conferences, job fairs, and provider recruitment events.
  4. Develop active and passive talent pipelines through utilization of multiple resources.
  5. Develop relationships with residency programs.
  6. Partner with the internal marketing team to develop digital / social media campaigns directed at providers.
  7. Coordinate full lifecycle recruitment activities.
  8. Monitor and maintain a provider recruitment budget.
  9. Communicate with prospective candidates about HRSA loan forgiveness and aid new providers with the loan forgiveness process.
  10. Provide provider recruitment reports to VP, HR monthly to include time to fill, open positions.
