As a **Recruiter** , you will play a critical role in sourcing candidates, developing hiring strategies, and ensuring both clients and candidates thrive. This position offers exciting opportunities for leadership, relationship building, and career growth.


**What Youll Do:**


+ **Talent Acquisition:** Source, interview, and match candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.


+ **Pipeline Development:** Build relationships with both active and passive candidates to maintain a strong talent pool.


+ **Client Collaboration:** Partner with hiring managers to design customized recruiting strategies.


+ **Candidate Support:** Provide resume advice, interview prep, and career coaching.


+ **Leadership & Problem Solving:** Lead recruitment activities in managements absence and resolve candidate or client issues proactively.


**What Youll Need:**


+ High school diploma or equivalent


+ Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills


+ Knowledge of recruiting tools, trends, and employment laws


+ Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office

**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
