The International Recruiter works to identify, recruit, and screen potential Nurses for specific clients within the International Nursing Division—A part of Acacium Group. The Talent professional must be experienced with full-cycle clinical recruitment and must be available to work onsite in Overland Park.


Our International Nursing Division works with licensed Registered Nurses currently living and working in other countries, to recruit them to come work in the United States.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Consistently works to build trust and reliability with clients (hiring managers)
  • Consistently works to build trust and relationships with potential candidates (nurses)
  • Clear and frequent 360-degree communication with hiring teams and candidates.
  • Consults with team to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for the specified vacant position(s).
  • Consults data and records to identify and select potential candidates for vacant positions.
  • Utilizes social media and career platforms to draw attention to open positions.
  • Screens candidates, selects qualified and interested candidates for the application/qualification phase, and manages the entire process start to finish.
  • Counsels candidates on the interview and hiring process.
  • Organizes and attends job fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities.
  • Follows up with hiring managers after the interview process to determine whether a placement can be made; collects feedback and adjusts strategies when placement is unsuccessful.
  • Follows up with new hires and collects feedback on placement.
  • Arranges meetings for applicants and company managers when necessary.
  • Maintains and ensures compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) and related employment laws and regulations.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with aptitude in conducting interviews.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task with speed and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated outgoing, energetic, and creative skillsets.
  • A “people-connector”.
  • Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA, and other related employment laws and guidelines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years full cycle recruitment required.
  • Current or recent healthcare recruitment experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred.
