What We’re Looking For:

Sante is seeking a Full-Time Senior Recruiter to join our small, but mighty, Human Resources team. This role is an opportunity to contribute to the overall success of the recruiting team across Sante's business groups. You’ll find creative ways to market Sante as an employer of choice and learn the fundamentals of recruiting in a fast-paced, fast-growing nonprofit organization!

What You’ll Do:

  • Research, develop, implement, and coordinate effective recruitment strategies.

  • Build and maintain quality relationships with supervisors.

  • Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.

  • Effectively train, supervise and manage the recruitment staff reporting to this position, assuring an effective and efficient recruitment team in the human resources department.

  • Provide ongoing support, coaching, supervision, and development to recruiters, including but not limited to acting as a role model, providing constructive feedback, developing a succession plan for employee growth, and documenting performance issues or concerns.

  • Identify and approve advertising and recruiting needs based on the market and trends.

  • Designs, develop, and maintain the organization's full life-cycle recruitment process (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, and taking proper actions to close gaps).

  • Explores the market best practices in recruitment and staffing and implements appropriate best practices in the organization.

  • Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process.

  • Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization.

  • Maintains full life-cycle recruitment caseload.

  • Oversee and maintain recruitment records in accordance with equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, and federal and state standards.

  • Participates in and completes all required training.

What We Require:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field of study AND two (2) years of recruiting experience. Or Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university with three (3) years of recruiting experience. Or five (5) years of related experience.

  • Strong computer skills, efficient in payroll systems along with HRIS systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Must have a working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
