Job Description

The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including reviewing applicants, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new hires. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

 

Responsibilities

  • Review and screen applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews to assess applicant suitability for various roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Develop and execute onboarding schedules for new hires.
  • Maintain a database of candidates and document interview feedback.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Recruiting Manager or HR Lead.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Technical ability to navigate through multiple systems and troubleshoot equipment.

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Previous experience in call center recruiting.
  • Experience working remotely in a distributed team environment.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.

 

Job Requirements

  • Must be available to recruit during weekdays.
  • Recruiting activities may take place during daytime hours, approximately 6 am-2:30 pm (PST).
  • Must have open availability to adjust schedules based on company needs.
  • A quiet and distraction-free workspace at home.
  • Ability to maintain professional communication in a virtual environment.

 

Tech Requirements

  • Desktop Windows Computer (NO MACs or Chromebooks).
    • Processor: Intel i3, i5, i7, or i9 (recent generation)/AMD Ryzen 3, 5, 7, or 9 (recent generation).
    • Minimum 8GB RAM (16GB preferred).
  • Dual monitors for optimal efficiency.
  • High-quality USB headset.
  • Hardwired internet connection.
    • Minimum internet speeds:
      • 20Mbps Download
      • 10Mbps Upload
      • Less than 20ms ping stability.
  • No Spectrum Internet.

 

Pay and Benefits

  • Pay Rate: $17.50 hourly, DOE.
