What will you have the opportunity to do?

You will be responsible for managing and administering the Human Resources' daily functions to ensure ICAT is compliant with all state and federal employment laws. You will perform routine tasks in HR compliance, employee relations, recruiting, payroll, benefits management, employee integration, and termination

What do we need from you?

• Freight and logistics experience would be a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or other-related coursework
• 3+ years of office administration experience with a focus on creating and implementing employee growth plans, corporate alignment, and learning resources
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office products
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and share knowledge with team members
• Thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
• Experience with best practices for cultivating a customer-focused culture
• Experience with change management
• Desire and drive to learn and grow
