Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to develop and execute effective college recruitment for Shawmut's Construction Management Skills Training Program (CMST). This role will focus on attracting undergraduate level candidates through various channels, including career fairs, online postings, employee referrals, social media, networking, and research.
* Candidate Sourcing: Develop and implement strategies to source qualified candidates from target universities.
* Job Posting Management: Oversee the job posting process and maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System.
* Campus Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with university administration and participate in campus activities.
* Candidate Screening: Assess candidates for qualifications, availability, interest level, salary expectations, and relocation needs.
* Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy that supports Shawmut's hiring goals.
* Social Media Management: Monitor and update Shawmut's social media presence related to college relations.
* Special Projects: Contribute to various projects as needed.
Specific Focus:
* Skills Training and Internships: Generate candidates for Shawmut's nationwide Construction Management Skills Training program and Internship programs.
* Data Integrity: Ensure accurate and up-to-date data in the Applicant Tracking System.
* Innovation: Research and develop innovative college sourcing strategies.
Key Skills:

Qualifications
* Minimum 2-3 years of recruiting experience
* Preferred: College recruiting or college relations experience
* Required: Bachelor's degree
