We are seeking a motivated and talented Bilingual Recruiter to join our team. You will play a vital part in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various departments within our organization. As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will leverage your communication skills to engage with candidates in both English and Spanish, ensuring a diverse and inclusive hiring process. You will be responsible for collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruiting strategies that align with our company’s mission and culture. Our ideal candidate should possess a deep passion for connecting individuals with their ideal career opportunities. Additionally, you will use various recruiting tools and techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking, to attract high-quality candidates. You will also play a key role in branding initiatives to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice in the insurance market.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their department needs.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
  • Conduct interviews in both English and Spanish to assess candidates' qualifications.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Maintain an accurate database of candidates and track recruiting metrics.
  • Assemble and participate in job fairs.
  • Attend networking events to promote the company and attract high-quality candidates.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate suitability.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
