We are seeking a skilled and experienced Talent Recruiter (TR) to join our Human Resources team. The TR will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and screening potential candidates for all Social Mobile positions. Collaborating with hiring managers to identify department needs, potential positions, and ideal candidates, the TR will advise on current competitive market salaries, similar positions, and market demand. The TR will promote Social Mobile careers and opportunities at job fairs, college events, and other networking opportunities.

 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Work with hiring managers to field new position requests
  • Manage interview process from candidate sourcing to candidate interviews
  • Create job postings
  • Work with Marketing team on posting schedule, job ads, and promoting Social Mobile’s brand and values to attract top talent
  • Identify and contact top talent for specialized roles
  • Attend hiring and networking events
  • Manage interview documentation
  • Employees will be required to adhere to Social Mobile’s information security policies and procedures

 

Requirements: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related experience
  • SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential is a plus
  • 2 years of experience high level recruitment and hiring
  • 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Understanding of employment laws and guidelines
  • Understanding of all fair practices including but not limited to EEO, ADA
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interviewing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Exemplary attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
