Position: Recruiting Coordinator (Full Time)
Compensation: Competitive Pay
Location: Multiple locations in SE Michigan
Responsibilities: As a Recruiting Coordinator, your primary responsibilities are to support Branch Operations staff with administrative tasks. You will play a crucial role in the hiring process, acting as the bridge between candidates and recruiters and contributing to the efficient recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Greeting Candidates:
- Managing front desk and walk in traffic.
- Answering questions and handling incoming calls.
- Screening and Selection:
- Reviewing resumes and job applications to shortlist candidates for interviews.
- Scheduling interviews and creating a list of potential hires.
- Onboarding Support:
- Assisting new hires through the company’s onboarding process.
- Ensuring a smooth transition for employees joining the organization.

- Education: Pursuit of an Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource, Psychology or related field.
- Technology Proficiency:
- Applicant Tracking Systems (Avionte) familiarity
- Social Media Platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Zip Recruiter) familiarity
- Experience with Google, Microsoft Office
- Experience: Previous customer service or office administration preferred.
- Certifications: None required.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) is preferred but not required.
