Job Description
Kaiser Transport, Inc. is an OTR LTL double-drop, step-deck freight consolidating trucking company in Janesville, WI specializing in hauling machines, equipment, and other freight.
We are pioneers of TSS (Trailer-space-sharing) long haul, open deck trucking. Our current fleet of 2022 or newer 389 and 589 Peterbilts operates from coast to coast and in Canada.

Kaiser Transport, Inc. is seeking a hard-working, highly motivated, individual. This person will be eager to learn Kaiser's business model and recruiting process, which are critical to the Company's success.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the applicant process by reviewing and qualifying applications and resumes.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for further consideration.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the company.
- Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified long-haul drivers.
- Utilize a sales-based recruitment strategy.
- Warm-calling, prospecting, and revitalizing potential candidates.
- Coordinate and assist with company training initiatives.
- Develop and maintain DOT candidate tracking files.
- Maintain documentation needed within company and vendor databases, including ApplicantPro and Truck Mate software programs.
- Participate in regular department update meetings and update Driver Recruiting Documentation.
- Be accountable for open Driver positions for all Kaiser Companies.
- Be available to work flexible hours as needed.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Education/Experience
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Associates degree in Human Resources, Business, or similar field (preferred)
- Experience in the Transportation industry (preferred)
- Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (preferred)
