As a business administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and support of our Windchill PLM system. This will include support for engineering, supply chain, and associated business functions, and maintenance surrounding business data stored within the Windchill system. The Business Administrator will act as a cross-functional subject matter expert and super user regarding the Windchill PLM system and be responsible for monitoring and ensuring data integrity across the organization.

Responsibilities:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of Windchill, including its features, capabilities, and data structure. Maintain and manage Windchill data relating to business functions including preparation and cleaning of legacy data including: Addition and maintenance of distribution target assignment of released items Maintenance of common attributes in Windchill Maintenance of file locations within and between contexts Support creation and release of long-lead item reference bills of material Support creation of drop-in kit demand for spares and integration groups Activation of legacy parts and assemblies in Windchill and release to downstream teams Review of outstanding change tasks/problem reports for timely completion and follow-up Identify and communicate opportunities to leverage Windchill data to improve productivity and streamline processes across Intralox departments. Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams to ensure effective data management. Foster user adoption and skill growth across the organization by becoming a subject matter expert on Windchill. Monitor data integrity and user compliance, suggesting improvements where necessary. Coordinate with IT and external vendors for system enhancements and issue resolution as required. Requirements:
BS/BA degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related field and 1-2 years of related experience or High School Diploma with 3-4 years of experience in an administrator or design role Self-starter and quick learner as it relates to business applications, business processes, and complex software Ability to work cross-functionally between many diverse business units including Sales, Engineering, Project Management, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT Strong communication skills, collaboration skills, and attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills and organizational skills Basic understanding of Windchill, engineering processes, and assembly/manufacturing processes a plus Intralox's benefit program is a major part of an employee's total compensation from the company.
