Key Responsibilities
As our contract recruiter, you're an essential part of our brand and mission, connecting the right candidates with our clients in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- High-Volume Recruiting: Handle the full recruitment cycle, managing up to 40 open positions at a time.
- Expert Sourcing: Leverage job boards, our extensive candidate database, and advanced Boolean search to locate and engage top talent quickly.
- Client Engagement: Effectively present opportunities to candidates, articulating the company benefits and generating excitement for interviews.
- Candidate Evaluation: Conduct assessments and interviews to ensure candidate alignment with role requirements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with our team, including company leadership and HR partners, to align recruitment goals and best practices.
- Industry Insight: Stay up to date with trends in the skilled trades, residential services, and construction sectors to remain ahead in the industry.
What You Bring to the Team
- High-Volume Recruiting Expertise: 3+ years in high-volume recruiting with a strong focus on skilled trades.
- Residential Services & Trades Knowledge: Familiarity with the construction, skilled trades, or residential services landscape.
- ATS Savvy: Proficiency in applicant tracking software and recruitment processes.
- Communication & Influence: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage candidates and clients effectively.
