- Secure Engineering: We believe in creating trust in your software, we offer security auditing and R&D services in the area of secure development of distributed systems. We are leading developers of many open source projects including: CometBFT, Cosmos Hub, Hermes and IBC-rs.
- Informal Staking: A PoS validator offering Institutional grade staking for the ETH, BTC, and Cosmos ecosystems.
- Cycles: An open clearing protocol. Cycles is an early-stage startup that aims to deliver financial solutions that improve businesses’ sustainability by reducing their cash flow needs.

About the Role
We are looking for a full-time recruiter/talent acquisition specialist to join our team! This role is critical to help us bring in the best and the brightest web3 talent around the world, and help us grow as a company.
This individual would be part of the larger People Operations team, and bring experience and knowledge of the Web3 space, with the ability to hit the ground running and recruit for niche and hard-to-fill technical + business roles.
They will have the opportunity to focus on innovative approaches to acquiring talent, gain access to global talent pools, and work in a highly technical and exciting industry. This role will also allow them to work on larger HR projects when time permits, giving them growth opportunities and the opportunity to be part of a scaling tech company.
What your primary responsibilities will be:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple open positions, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and making offers
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience, including timely follow-ups and prompt scheduling
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing and recruitment needs
- Play a crucial role in building the company’s brand, to attract and engage the right talent
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of quality talent through various methods, and conduct ongoing networking to ensure engagement with the company
- Build a portfolio of companies, universities and other talent pools to gain access to high quality candidates, by using innovative approaches
- Have an innovative approach to acquiring the right talent
- Work closely with the People Operations team on talent initiatives and projects
What we look for in a successful Web3 Recruiter:
- 3-5+ years of experience in Recruiting experience, ideally with experience in the blockchain industry
- Experience sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in highly technical roles
- Prior experience with LinkedIn recruiter and other modern recruitment tools and techniques
- Business/Corporate talent hiring experience for Web3/Crypto companies would be a plus
- Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders (hiring manager, candidates, etc)
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
