Position Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will play a key role in our hiring process by headhunting, sourcing, and filling critical roles across the organization. Your expertise in identifying and attracting top talent will help us build a strong team that aligns with our company values and goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct proactive sourcing and headhunting to identify potential candidates for various roles.
  • Build and maintain a network of contacts in relevant industries to attract talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Create and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of recruitment initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Help develop and implement recruitment initiatives to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent.
  • Facilitate hiring workshops and provide interview training to hiring managers to ensure a consistent and effective hiring process.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure a strong fit for our team.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to optimize sourcing efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a talent acquisition or sourcing role.
  • Strong headhunting and candidate sourcing skills with a track record of filling positions quickly and effectively.
  • Experience in creating and tracking recruitment KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.
