About the Job

In support of our growth, City Brewery is seeking to add a Sr. Facility Recruiter to its Memphis HR team. This individual will lead all aspects of hourly recruiting, develop a strategy that will attract hourly high performing talent, and will assist with critical salaried exempt recruitment as needed. The Sr. Facility Recruiter will partner with the HR Manager, Generalist and leaders, to support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for hourly non-exempt facility roles in Memphis. The role will report directly to the HR Director and dotted line to the Talent Acquisition Manager.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintains relationships with leaders and hiring teams to understand and anticipate hourly union and non-exempt hiring needs across Memphis
  • Monitors new hire orientation
  • Collaborates with HR, leaders and Training and Development in establishing a Memphis specific 60-90-120 onboarding program, incorporating uniform messaging in line with other City locations
  • Understands and observes hiring and promotion guidelines per union collective bargaining agreement
  • Communicates regularly with candidates to build trust and provide an exceptional candidate experience
  • Maintains applicant/candidate records appropriately through City's applicant tracking system
  • Participates and leads hiring events to promote City's openings and brand
  • Complies with all legal and regulatory requirements for the recruitment process and communicates to appropriate parties when potential compliance issues are identified
  • Utilizes creative sourcing methods to connect hiring teams with niche, specialized talent

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in recruiting in a fast-paced, growing, unionized manufacturing/engineering environment
  • Proficiency utilizing applicant tracking systems to organize and maintain appropriate records and data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency using MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel and Power Point
  • Experience working with union environments and comfortability in utilizing CBAs regularly
