Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Recruiter to manage recruitment across ARCHIMED's ecosystem, including our management company and our portfolio companies. This position requires a skilled recruiter adept at sourcing and interviewing for various roles, from Investment Team to high-end Life Science professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to engage high-caliber professionals and an adaptable mindset to succeed in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

The position is a 18 month VIE in NYC

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

  • Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers for a variety of positions across departments.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team goals, and candidate profiles to effectively target talent.

Sourcing & Outreach:

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to proactively attract a diverse candidate pool using tools such as job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through continuous relationship-building and engagement efforts.

Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage candidate expectations and provide detailed insights into company culture, role requirements, and growth opportunities.

Reporting & Metrics:

  • Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and source effectiveness, to optimize hiring processes.
  • Regularly review and refine recruitment strategies based on data insights and hiring outcomes.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience in a recruitment firm with a focus on Life Science
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including social media recruiting, sourcing platforms, and ATS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with both hiring managers and candidates.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple open roles and deadlines.
