This role is responsible for networking and placing healthcare providers across the country. This includes building solid, ongoing relationships with candidates and effectively matching healthcare providers to their preferred career goals and locations.
Responsibilities
- Proactively find, recruit, and carefully match qualified healthcare candidates to the right position
- Screen qualified candidates, secure proper documentation, coordinate interviews with healthcare facilities, and onboard new candidates
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future consideration
- Sell StaffDNA® technology to potential candidates and promote jobs through a variety of outreach communication (phone calls, text messages, email, etc.)
- Be the single point of contact and build relationships with healthcare providers on assignment
Requirements
- Self-driven, competitive mentality and desire to take advantage of ample incentive opportunities
- Superior communication skills, allowing you to connect with people and build strong relationships over the phone, text, and email
- Innate talent for problem-solving and creative thinking
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Associate Degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to use and work with new tools and technologies
- One or more years of experience in provider recruitment preferred
