Trinnovo, Manhattan Beach, CA, US
Job Description
We are Trust in Soda, part of Trinnovo Group! A global group of 3 multi-award-winning staffing and recruiting brands (Trust in SODA – Digital Marketing, BioTalent – Life Sciences, Broadgate – Business Enablement). Our vision is to be the fastest organically growing and most impactful recruitment business on the planet. We’re proud of the fact that each year we retain 81% of our people and believe that this is down to our people and purpose-led culture. Last year we promoted 74% of our people and gave a pay rise to 76% of our people.
Our mission is to build diversity, create inclusion and encourage workplace innovation. Outside of staffing we have our own social enterprise, Ex-Military Careers.com where we provide support and mentorship to people looking to establish a career outside of the military. We innovate in everything that we do, and our consultants regularly host monthly webinars, podcasts, events, and breakfasts in partnership with industry thought-leaders. Can you see yourself getting involved with, or even hosting fun events?
Having started as a 3-person business in 2013, we’re proud to now have over 200 people in our Trinnovo family around the world. We have plans to grow to 450 people over the next 4 years and we’re looking for our next generation of leaders. The people who are going to join our business now, work their way up and become directors over the next 5 years. The people who are going to bring our vision to life. Does this sound like you? Are you up for a challenge?
