Description of Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruiter to join our internal team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for finding top talent and contributing to the growth of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates
• Collaborate with staffing managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies
• Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to attract qualified candidates
• Manage job postings on multiple job boards and social media platforms
• Demonstrate a high level of urgency in managing recruitment pipelines, ensuring quick and efficient job placement without compromising quality
• Effectively prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines and hiring goals
• Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information

Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in using Avionte software is a plus
• 2-3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience and knowledge of industry-specific terms
• Candidate onboarding experience helpful
• Staffing Experience is preferred
• Ability to effectively manage recruiting platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn (Recruiter), ZipRecruiter, etc.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
