By sourcing and hiring top talent, and effectively managing our social media recruitment strategies, you’ll help build a team that is dedicated to providing compassionate care to those in need.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding new hires for assigned positions.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to attract and engage potential candidates. Manage the agency’s presence on various social media platforms, creating content that promotes job openings and highlights the benefits of working at HOPE Community Services.
- Create a positive and professional candidate experience, aiming to improve the quality of hires while maintaining efficient and responsive hiring timelines.
- Utilize cost-effective sourcing strategies, including networking, social media, external job boards, and local and university career sites to generate qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and overall fit for the position. Assist managers with interviewing procedures and coordinate interviews as needed.
- Ensure that job openings are posted and kept up to date on the HOPE Community Services, Inc. website, social media platforms, and other relevant recruitment channels.
- Adhere to agency policies and procedures, CARF and DMHSAS standards, and federal and state confidentiality regulations.
- Participate in annual core competencies training related to individuals with co-occurring disorders or trauma experiences.
- Be prepared to cross-train and perform duties of other support staff positions as needed.
- Travel may be required using a personal vehicle, with reimbursement provided according to agency policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in recruitment
