We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Recruiter to attract and onboard skilled loan officers, playing a key role in expanding First Coast Mortgage’s team. This unique position offers an opportunity to drive talent acquisition through strategic outreach, telemarketing, and creative networking. The Recruiter will be responsible for both inbound and outbound recruiting efforts, establishing connections with top industry talent, and communicating the benefits of a career at First Coast Mortgage. This role demands initiative, creativity, and a strategic approach to actively engage prospective candidates and nurture long-term relationships, positioning First Coast Mortgage as a leading career destination in the mortgage industry. Key Responsibilities: Telemarketing & Outreach: Conduct cold calls and outreach, utilizing CRM systems and social media tools to connect with potential loan officers and schedule introductory meetings. Relationship Building: Leverage in-person networking and relationship management skills to identify and engage with high-potential candidates. Strategic Recruiting: Use innovative strategies to attract both experienced officers and emerging talent, including recent graduates, by promoting First Coast Mortgage’s comprehensive training and growth opportunities. Brand Representation: Advocate for First Coast Mortgage by sharing success stories, demonstrating industry expertise, and highlighting unique growth paths available to new recruits. Progress Monitoring: Operate with independence, providing weekly progress updates and reports to management. Ideal Candidate Profile: Personality & Mindset: Outgoing, personable, and success-driven, with a preference for building relationships over transactional recruiting. Highly organized and self-motivated. Experience: Previous sales experience is preferred, particularly in roles that required persistence and creativity. Mortgage or recruiting experience is not necessary, though experience in sales or relationship management is advantageous. Innovation & Initiative: Self-directed with a passion for creative recruiting techniques and strong networking abilities. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems and social media platforms for lead generation, candidate interaction, and relationship building. Tools & Resources Provided: CRM Software: For managing candidate interactions and tracking recruitment efforts. Social Media Recruiting Tools: Engage candidate profiles and identify prospective hires through online platforms. Networking Support: Attend local meetings to establish a presence and leverage current loan officers for referrals and networking. Structured Training Program: Launching in the new year, this program will support new hires, including recent graduates, to build their careers. Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: $50,000 per year Performance Bonuses: Bonuses for each successful hire and additional bonuses per meeting.
