This role owns and executes the talent strategy for the company by managing the full life cycle recruitment process for positions throughout the company.
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Recruiter will, you’ll Manage the whole shebang, from sourcing to offer letters and background checks.
THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN THE OFFICE MONDAY - FRIDAY IN THE ST. LOUIS, MO AREA.
Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Recruiter Duties and Expectations:
- High-Volume Recruitment: Source, attract, and hire top talent.
- Establish and share reports on workforce analysis through ATS to monitor recruitment results.
- Partner with the HR Manager and leaders to identify and fulfill current and future headcount/staffing needs.
- Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.
- Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Support all stages of the interview process with hiring managers as needed, prepare offer letters, and complete the onboarding process for all new hires.
- Facilitate all new hire orientations.
- Assist in the development of job descriptions for new positions.
- Champion inclusion and diversity in the recruitment process.
- Creating a candidate experience that is so delightful, they’ll be singing our praises.
- Other duties as assigned
Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Recruiter Qualifications:
- Proven experience in full-life cycle recruiting; must have experience in managing multiple job requisitions at once. Minimum 3+ years in recruitment- preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with employment law.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, relationship-builder, detail-oriented, team-oriented and collaborative.
- Strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills are a must.
- Must be comfortable working in ambiguity and being flexible; experience in a high-growth organization is highly preferred.
- Must have occasional off-hours availability to interview candidates.

- Competitive salary range of $50,000-$60,000 annually + performance bonus eligibility.
