Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Growth & Development Team to follow our current five step recruiting process to qualify candidates
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process (candidate sourcing, screening, qualification evaluation, interviewing, negotiating offers, and follow up) for the direct hire of qualified candidates
• Maximize outreach methods to job seekers, such as social media, job boards, and high-volume cold calling
• Create a pipeline of strong relationships with top talent, and maintain contact with passive candidates and prospects that may be a match in the future.
• Keep pristine and detailed communication records in the candidate tracking system (Salesforce).

Recruiter Qualifications

• ** SALES RECRUITING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED**
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred - high school diploma required
• 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
• Superb communication skills, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus but not required (training provided), MS Office, Google Suite, and social media tools

Salary:

$75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
