Crye-Leike®, REALTORS® is hiring a full-time Career Development/Agent Recruiter in Brentwood, TN.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting of local real estate agents with phone calls, attending real estate events and open houses and by taking advantage of other lead sources.
• Search for candidates using resume databases, sales analytics platforms and social media platforms.
• Conduct initial phone screening and scheduling in-person interviews.
