Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Recruiter/Interviewer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, screening, and recruiting top talent to fulfill our clients' staffing needs. As an integral part of our recruitment process, you will conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and attract candidates through various channels, including job postings, social media, and referrals.
- Evaluate and screen candidates based on their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates' experience, competencies, and career goals.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback on candidate suitability.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop effective recruitment strategies and enhance the candidate experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Interviewer, preferably in a staffing agency or corporate recruitment environment.
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and make informed hiring recommendations.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online sourcing techniques.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote or flexible work environment.
