HOW OUR RECRUITER - TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST MAKES A DIFFERENCE

You have a direct hand in our organization's continued success, strategically recruiting qualified candidates and placing them in roles that align with their experience and skill sets. Working closely with other departments, you learn about each team's needs and priorities and develop recruitment strategies for attracting the best-fitting candidates. You oversee every position's recruitment and onboarding processes, regularly meeting with stakeholders to ensure staffing needs are properly fulfilled.

Attentively, you find the balance to create positive experiences for the candidates and the hiring manager. As time passes, you develop new strategies for refining our recruitment methods. You identify sourcing channels and use advanced recruiting techniques to create efficient pipelines for interested applicants. To support your success, you gain an understanding of our HRIS system and attend various networking events and workshops. You coordinate interviews and tackle other responsibilities as needed to improve our team and enhance our operations.

Our ideal Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Specialist meets at least one of these criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business administration, or marketing
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience with a successful track record in a complex, high-volume, rapidly changing environment
  • Equivalent combination of training, experience, and education

A Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) or a Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) designation would be preferred.
