Metro Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time Recruiter to join our small, but mighty Human Resources team! This is an onsite position located at our Garden City corporate office. As a Recruiter, you will provide dedicated recruiting support for both clinical and non clinical positions. We are looking for a motivated individual to help fuel our top of the funnel. Our ideal candidate is a resourceful, proactive, creative thinker with a knack for sourcing hard to fill roles. You will bring your expertise in utilizing modern/untraditional sourcing techniques, with an emphasis on social media, to support high volume recruitment for our fast-growing organization!

What You’ll be Doing!

• Provide full cycle recruitment for a variety of hiring needs, including both clinical and non clinical roles
• Effectively utilize sourcing tools including internal database searches, job boards (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc), cold calling, internet mining, social media outlets, school partnerships and referrals
• Design and execute creative/untraditional sourcing strategies, with a focus on social media recruiting
• Manage job postings and write attention grabbing job descriptions
• Manage and maintain our applicant tracking system (Paylocity)
• Build and maintain exceptional internal relations with hiring managers and leadership
• Manage candidate expectations during the interview process; creating an excellent candidate experience
• Additional ad hoc tasks as needed

• Min. 2-3 years of healthcare recruiting/sourcing
• Experience in the physical therapy/rehabilitation industry a huge plus!
• High technical proficiency, including the use of social media platforms for sourcing purposes
• Familiarity with modern internet recruiting/sourcing techniques
• Proactive, self-starter with a can-do attitude
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Collaborator with a desire to learn
• Successful track record of achieving targets, whether those be deadlines, recruiting goals, etc
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and possess excellent customer service
• Strong organizational and follow up skills
